Found a nicer Dim Sum restaurant with pleasant environment- 联邦皇宫酒店
It was a Monday morning, most Hong Kong old folk (middle age too) went for yam cha with newspaper in hand. Fried carrot cake with little bit of XO. Yummy, if you like oily food.
Char Siew Bao. I like its tiny size, but bao is quite thick as compared to the ingredients (Char Siew). Siew Mai - Jason and my favourite. I still prefer to take with some sauces, be it chili or tomato flavour. See, it was a spacious restaurant with crystal chandelier for interior deco.
